These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Maintain That! website and mobile apps (the “Service”) provided by Maintain That! (the “Company,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, and no uploading of content you don’t have the right to share. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Plans, add-ons, and billing
The Service offers a free Basic tier and may offer paid plans and one-time add-ons. When purchasing through a mobile app store, billing is handled by that store under its terms, and store policies (including refunds and renewals) apply. Prices and plan limits may change; we will give notice of material changes where required.
Not professional advice
Maintenance schedules, lifespan estimates, replacement-cost figures, and savings suggestions are informational guidance based on general industry data — not professional, financial, legal, or safety advice. Always follow your manufacturer’s guidance and consult a qualified professional for important decisions. You are responsible for maintaining your own property and assets.
Your content
You retain ownership of the data and files you add. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to operate the Service for you.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
