Terms of Service

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, and no uploading of content you don’t have the right to share. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Plans, add-ons, and billing

The Service offers a free Basic tier and may offer paid plans and one-time add-ons. When purchasing through a mobile app store, billing is handled by that store under its terms, and store policies (including refunds and renewals) apply. Prices and plan limits may change; we will give notice of material changes where required.

Not professional advice

Maintenance schedules, lifespan estimates, replacement-cost figures, and savings suggestions are informational guidance based on general industry data — not professional, financial, legal, or safety advice. Always follow your manufacturer’s guidance and consult a qualified professional for important decisions. You are responsible for maintaining your own property and assets.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data and files you add. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to operate the Service for you.

Assumption of risk and release of liability

The Service provides awareness and record-keeping only. It does not inspect, diagnose, repair, or certify the condition of any asset, and a reminder (or the absence of one) is never a guarantee that an asset is safe, functional, or properly maintained. Assets fail — mechanically, electrically, structurally — regardless of any maintenance schedule.

By using the Service you assume all risk associated with owning, operating, and maintaining your property and assets, and you release Maintain That! LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “us”), its owners, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, damage, or liability of any kind arising from or related to: (a) the failure, malfunction, or degradation of any asset; (b) any action you take or do not take in reliance on the Service, including its schedules, reminders, scores, estimates, and shared or transferred records; (c) maintenance performed by you or any third party; and (d) any property damage, financial loss, or personal injury connected to the foregoing. Records transferred or shared through the Service are user-entered data — Maintain That! LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “us”) does not verify their accuracy and makes no representation about the condition of any asset they describe.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service; where liability cannot be excluded, the Company's total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
