Information we collect

• Account information you provide: your name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Maintenance data you enter: properties, vehicles, equipment, service records, costs, vendors, notes, reminders, and similar details.
• Receipts and photos you upload, including images captured with your device camera.
• Device and notification data: push-notification tokens (if you enable notifications) and basic device/platform information.
• Usage analytics: in-app events such as page views and key actions, used to improve the product. Where possible these are aggregated or de-identified.

How we use information

We use your information to operate and improve the Service: to provide maintenance tracking, reminders, and reports; to authenticate you; to deliver notifications you request; to provide customer support; and to maintain security and prevent abuse.

Partner offers

The Service may show offers from retail and service partners that are relevant to your upcoming maintenance. We do not sell your personal information. If you interact with an offer, limited, non-identifying event data (such as that an offer was shown or clicked) may be used to measure performance.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service (for example, hosting and, if you make a purchase, the app-store or payment processor), and when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account; this permanently removes your account and associated data (properties, vehicles, equipment, records, receipts, and reminders). Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including hashed passwords and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can access and edit your information in the app, control notifications on your device, and delete your account at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
